Southbridge Fire Department provides 24 hour per day Intermediate Level Advances Life Support Emergency Medical Services to the town of Southbridge. We operate three state licensed intermediate level ambulances. The town of Southbridge is fortunate enough to have Harrington Memorial Hospital in town and five hospitals within 30 minutes of town: Hubbard Regional Hospital in Webster, UMass Memorial Medical Center, UMass Memorial Hospital, and Worcester Medical Center all in Worcester, and Day Kimball Hospital in Putnam, CT.
